Eating Healthier with Spelt

Congratulations!! You made it all the way through January with your healthy eating resolution!!

Make sure to eat a healthy snack before you go and bring to the party a platter filled with beautifully cut veggies, hummus, and spelt pretzels so you know there will be at least one dish that’s healthy – everyone else will be so happy you did!
